The International Choice Modelling Conference brings together leading researchers and practitioners from across different areas of study, with presentations looking both at state of the art methodology as well as innovative real world applications of choice models.
Following on from the success of the second Conference held in Leeds 2011, the third International Choice Modelling Conference will be organised jointly by the Centre for the Study of Choice (CenSoC) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS) at the University of Sydney.
The 2013 Conference is being held at The Sebel Pier One Sydney from July 3 - 5 2013

Dates to Consider:

The due date for papers has been extended until the 14th April, and papers are to be submitted via the conference web site.

Paper Guidelines
There is a hard limit of 10,000 words per paper, which includes references, and where each table/figure counts for 250 words. Authors need to indicate the word count on the front page, and papers over the limit will not be considered. All papers should be in A4 and use single line spacing.

International Choice Modelling Conference 2011

The second International Choice Modelling Conference (ICMC) which was held at Oulton Hall near Leeds in the North of England from 4 July to 6 July 2011 was a great success.

The host of the 2013 conference has now been confirmed. The third International Choice Modelling Conference will be organised jointly by the Centre for the Study of Choice (CenSoC) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS) at the University of Sydney. Further details will follow in due course.

The highlight of ICMC 2011 were keynote presentations by two leading international experts, namely Professor Jordan Louviere from the Centre for the Study of Choice (CenSoC) at the University of Technology, Sydney, and Professor Andrew Daly from ITS and RAND Europe. Professors Louviere and Daly have been at the forefront of the field for over thirty years and have between them been responsible for numerous major advances, both in terms of theoretical developments as well as novel applications.

The inaugural International Choice Modelling Conference was a great success, and a follow-up event is planned for 2011 (see here).
