Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. Abstracts should be 800-1000 words, using single-spaced text and  12-point font. Plain text submissions only, no attachments.

Authors who have important tables or equations to include should submit a text only abstract containing all other information and add a link to an online version of the abstract with equations/tables.

Please ensure that this link/file do not contain any information about the author (e.g. name) so as not to affect the double blind review process.

  2. If accepted for presentation, the author of this paper will register for the conference by 21 June 2019.  The author understands that only one presentation per speaker will be permitted, except for additional presentations in special sessions or workshops.
  3. If accepted for presentation, the author of this paper will upload the paper or slides by 15 July. It is preferable that a paper is uploaded.
  4. For abstracts submitted for special sessions, authors need to indicate in their abstract which special session the abstract is submitted for.
